I cant believe that in this day and age a bank closes on a Saturday and doesnt open until 9.30 in the morning during the week. Hello, some of us do have to go to work, how the f*** are we supposed to access the bank.Im closing my account and moving my fortune to the Lloyds which opens on Saturday and stays open past 4:30pm.Welcome to the 21st century grandad

Absolute w***ers. So so so so incredibly rude!!! Very UNknowledgable on what they are doing and do not know how to do their job properly! Why do banks employ the dimwits of the lot, moving banks, absolute waste of time. I asked one woman a question and she had to ask another woman to get the answer and still she didn't know!!!!!!!! Poor customer service! I'm 18, and I could tell they thought oh she's just a kid, well , let me tell you, you are so rude, stuck up, don't have a effing clue what your doing and your staff are a complete waste of space!!! If you want to go to the co op bank do NOT go to Solihull, go to Birmingham or stratford! Much better staff!! Absolute hurrendous staff!! At least employ someone with half a brain, and not some poxy woman who looks down her nose at you and has no clue why they are doing! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PILE OF BS!
