I really value Red Kite. They are local to me and stock everything you need. Since starting road biking a few years ago, I have used for spares, service of bike, bike fit, wheel upgrade and general advice.Retail stores we know suffer as a result of internet sales. This store however offers something web retail cant offer and thats service. I could have got my Mavic wheel upgrade cheaper on line, however when theres a problem (there was with Mavic) the retailer was there to support and resolve. Im useless with spanners and whilst Ive paid for full servicing when I have had a minor issue a number of times one of the staff have quickly fetched a tool and sorted the issue in a minute !!Its thus expertise, passion for bikes and overall service that will see me keep returning.Independent local bike retailers in ny view are invaluable and I accept that on occasion I will pay more however I cant have it both ways. How could I call in for advice if I never get my bank card out !Thank you
