Great customer service from Lee, Solihull staff very friendly and nice clean car to boot at the end.
Visit mostly for the cinema but shopping here always a lovely experience too. Its all covered so no worries with the weather. Lots ofively shops & plenty of refreshment options available too. Parking occasionally takes a bit of mowing around the car park when it's busy but there's always something somewhere. One of the best places in Solihull Town centre.
I've been a customer of H20 for a number of years and the standard of care that they give has varied over that time. As of late it has been terrible resulting in several complaints, all with photographic evidence or agreement by the H20 team when I point it out to them. So what did the Touchwood Manager decide to do when faced with my complaints? Did he decide to 'up-their-game'? Learn lessons?Nope. They decided to ban me. For the money the standard of care is not up to scratch and the management of the Touchwood Centre won't care to listen to any of you complaints. AVOID THEM!
In short having paid for a 3 star valet they didnt bother vacuum the boot and they stole money that I, in hindsight, should not have left in my centre console.Their response.....please bring the car back for an inspection and the money must have been vacuumed up (despite it being in a ram packed console full of other things)!I complained, their response.......we would like to offer you a free summer valet ermmmmmm no thanks!That is all without me commenting on what a very average clean it was for such a comparative large cost. You have been warned!!!
2 stars for the 2 star valet. Insides were cleaned to an alright level but outside still had watermarks all over and still had a few marks left on outside of windscreen. You'd think for such a ridiculous price they'd get it done to a high standard.
