The positivism overwhelmed the help needed where negativities were quickly overlooked by the groups' desire to meet expectations and match the leaders success's. I would prefer a meetup to focus on the genuine issues shared rather than say things that people expect to hear. Otherwise, a pleasant experience with plenty of reference to sources of inspiration.
