Friendly Manager, but bound by company policy with regards to 'Returns' I did not have receipt, all tags intact, and I could show bank statement as evidence of when products purchased. All I wanted was a different size, same product, but Manager refused saying his Area Manager would not be impressed with an exchange without a receipt.....although it was a like for like swap. Come on guys, surely you have some discretion. I'll now have to waste more time contacting your Customer Service dept, very disappointed.

I have spent way to much money in this store over the years!Friendly and helpful staff and a vast range of clothing, accessories and equipment.Cotswold are certainly not the cheapest outdoor shop on the high-street but 9 times out of 10 you can walk in and pick up what you need there and then.You may well be entitled to a discount so check before paying.
