I don't know how this store is still in business, the staff are consistently rude, and the pricing is inconsistent. Coincidentally it's owned or used to be owned by the same owner who owns Newsflow in Touchwood, so it comes as no surprise. It's clear from all the other reviews that customer service doesn't exist in this store. Thank God for Tesco opening on the opposite side of the road - let's hope it affects their business and reminds them that the customer is everything.
Very tight shop with stock crammed in - when busy it is hard to navigate. Staff can be rude at times. Convenient that it is 24 hours though!
Very convenient when your on a night out in Solihull. But because its the only option after about 10pm then the prices tend to go up. So just be aware of that
The workers are quite rude when I'm getting money out of my pocket the say "hurry up" this has happened on multiple occasions . Today i walked in the store and one of the workers said "two at a time lads" i was very confused and there was a sign at the front if the shop saying " two school kids at a time " i was very disgusted at this that i can't go to this shop with all my friends . I was a regular coming every morning spending my money and i shall not any more putting money in the back pocket of rude people. I Strongly do not recommend this shop . Go to Poundland which is one minute away and very good customer service ...
When I walked in, I thought I was at home. However, there was a lack of eye contact, poor communication skills and quite terrified by the rather large man who I couldn't tell if he was looking at me or my five year old son. Also got food poisoning from the sausage sizzler and corned beef pasties!!!!
