Toolstation itself its brilliant for pricing for most things but staff at this place can be duh!So dont plan to get advise here.
Placed an order yesterday before 8pm for collection today after 3pm, drove down to branch, order not in, waste of time and petrol. Rang Customer service whilst at store - rang endlessly no one answered. Rang customer services from home 15 minutes later again no answer. Supposedly Parcel Forces 24hr Express service, so tracked - status "Advised" whatever that means. One word, Rubbish! Off to delete Toolstation account, time wasters.
First the web described a 6 - 24v product but the product instore that matched the internet stock code was only capable of 6 - 12v. Second when i opened the product the circuit tester simply fell apart in my hand literallly. When i decided to put the pieces back together i looked at a picture of the exact same product online and realised all the parts werent even there!!! Not worth travelling 3 miles back for the sake of 3 but very annoying. The company is a joke and uses cheap chinese products which i could have bought at at a local 99p hardware store had i wanted to. Staff were nice but id rather have a compmete and working product.... stay well away from Toolstation!!!!!!!!
