What an absolute joke of a company! Spoke to Paul for 20 minutes on Wednesday and explained the exact job we needed doing. Paul, despite calling me sweetheart around 834 times within the said 20 minutes said he could carry out the work on Saturday at 1pm and we agreed a price. Today is Saturday at 1.30pm. When I called Paul to see if he was having trouble in finding my address, he had seemingly completely forgotten about the booking and was now stacked out and not able to come. Bye sweetheart was muttered as he attempted to hang up. When I asked him to not put the phone down he angrily told me was too busy today but could maybe do tomorrow. I think you can imagine my response to this...so, sweethearts, dont bother using Paul, hell arrange a date and then let you down without notice, just like all your rubbish exs.
