Best curry house ever! 10/10
Food is full of flavour, ingredients are fresh and the staff are really friendly the shop feels clean and welcoming. We will definitely use this place again and recommend it to everyone
Serving food thats rotten abusive staff when informed
TLDR: Ordered food, 2.5 hours later it didn't arrive, terrible customer service.We ordered food at 21:35 on Just Eat being told the restaurant had set our delivery time to be 22:55. We rang to check if our order was going to be delivered at 22:56 as after looking online the restaurant closes at 22:30, we were told yes, and it should arrive within 20 minutes. At 23:26 we rang again (30 mins after the first call, 10 mins after updated delivery time) to be told it is going to be leaving in 10 mins, and it will arrive in over 10 mins. The man on the phone began talking to someone else in the background in a language I don't understand, and kept telling me to wait. After I asked him what he meant by 'over 10 mins' and if he could be any more specific, he hung up on me. My girlfriend rang at 23:31 to see if he would speak to her, he said it was on its way and should be around 10 mins, and then hung up on her. Meanwhile I am on the phone to Just Eat to see if they can make any sense of what the restaurant was saying.At 23:50 the delivery driver rang me to say he was in the McDonald's car park and to meet him there, so we walked out to meet him. He was not there. After asking him to bring it to us, using the address we had provided, I even tried to direct him to us. After around 10 mins of back and forth he finally agreed to drive to the front of the car park, he claimed to be there, he was no where to be seen. He then walked into a shop and asked the guy in there to speak to me to find out where we are (even though he had my address?!) The guy in the shop then gave him directions, and reckoned he would be 5 mins to get to us, and the driver would ring when he was here. After waiting in the reception of the building for around 15 mins, I rang him back, and he did not answer. At which point we figured we weren't getting the food we ordered 2.5 hours earlier, and to confirm with Just Eat that we wanted to cancel the order, and receive a refund.
Best meal Ive had in a long time. Piping hot food, well within the time. Definately will use again. X
