Ed recently helped out when parts of my roof started falling off my house. He was quick to respond to help put things right, and from first phone call to getting the job done was a couple of days. Not only was he quick to help out, he also did a great job at a reasonable cost, and left the area clean and tidy when he finished. I was almost sceptical to ask Avondale to replace my fascia and guttering because the reviews were so good ... but they are good for a reason, Avondale did a really great job and I am very very pleased, and I admit I'm not easy to please! Ed was super quick in giving me a quote and there was no pressure. The work was then carried out equally quickly (despite the hot sun!) and done in a really clean way, too. Hi, I am writing this review because Edward has done a really good job for me. He finished the second job on my house today. I live in Shirley and I can confirm that you can trust Edward. He was very professional from the beginning. He booked the job and gave the job details to me in writing. He also told me that if the weather wasn't good he will have to reschedule. I was very happy with the work, I therefore booked him for the second job. I can also share that his costs were very reasonable. I got several quotes and many builder were over charging, however Edward did not take advantage and quoted exactly what was fair. I would highly recommend to use him as a builder. I also want to confirm that Edward did not pay me or gave me discount for this review. This review is really for me to say thank you to him and to help other in my situation who are looking for a reasonable builder who is honest and fair.
