It is a lovely place and the staff is fantastic. I was afraid because it was the first time I went there but I came out very pleased and made sure I was going back and would not go anywhere else. I have been coming to James Bushell in Solihull for a while now what a great salon, so relaxing and welcoming, today on the recommendation of my daughter I had an appointment to have a colour done with Jaime Newton -Advanced Technician. After my visit today I would just like to say Jamie you are awesome thank you so much for making my visit today special love the colour and will definitely be building on what I had today, thank you for your kindness and for explaining the treatment to me, your guidance was spot on and I love it so thanks Jaime youre a legend, see you soon.
Amazing service as usual. I always leave with the hair that I asked for and I never worry that the colour or cut wont be spot on. Sarah and James are the A team; Id be lost (and ugly) without them. I've been taking myself and the family here since the day it opened in Solihull. Andy looks after all of us, we all love him. I've got to know some of the other staff and all are very welcoming with no aloofness. Salon itself is relaxing and clean. No stuffiness and always a drink available. Massage chairs and excellent products makes it all an invigorating experience. 5 stars and rightly so.
