When Ispeak to my friends about ,Neil Wilson, Sabrina the hygienist, all the nursing staff,all the reception staff,I really do run out of superlatives to describe their level of attention, care and concern for me and my comfort. Everyones skill is outstanding,whether it be in my dental procedures or even in helping me sort out my technical problems that Ive had with my iPhone. Their helpfulness and friendliness really does outway any worries or fears I might have. Everyone makes me feel special.
I have been a patient at this practice for some years, having been referred initially by my NHS dental practice due to gum disease and mobile unsightly teeth. Dr Neil Wilson and his team (of which I am eternally grateful) transformed not only my teeth but my smile and self confidence. I continue to attend annual review appointments with Dr Wilson and regular hygienist appointments with Sabrina who maintains and monitors my oral hygiene aiming to prevent any further gum problems occurring. Every procedure undertaken past and present is explained fully and it is so very reassuring to know you are in such expert hands. I would highly recommend this state of the art practice where all the staff are professional, caring, courteous, and friendly.
