Echoing other reviews - The Blossomfield Surgery was recently taken over by Bernays & Whitehouse Partnership. Patients weren't informed of this nor which Doctor they were registered with or even which Surgery. Using the Patient Access online system for repeat prescriptions has proved to be a disaster as well. Only 2 out of 5 prescription requests successfully made it to the designated Pharmacy. Extremely difficult to get through on the phone - 7 calls in one morning lasting ten minutes each time before I finally spoke to someone.
Very difficult to get an appointment.
Appalling service.Appointment system that never has any appointments. Surgery taken over recently would be nice to be informed of this and who my new Doctor is. I can see why A&E is always full the first line of defence is failing.
