Incredibly frustrating experience, and a total waste of (lots of my) time.Three separate no-show deliveries, all blamed on 'problems with couriers' (despite on the third and final failed delivery day, me phoning the couriers directly that were supposedly being used and them confirming they had absolutely no record of a delivery scheduled to our address).A complete waste of our time, and three separate occasions when we waited in unnecessarily.Not having any faith that a fourth attempt at delivery would be any different, we cancelled and received an instant refund - thank goodness. I was told that for the inconvenience we would still be sent out a set of covers for the set we ordered (as we said we'd be ordering the same one elsewhere). Low and behold, as suspected, nothing has arrived and that was a month ago. Somehow I knew this would likely be the case...Use with absolute caution.
