Top place.....a good man gave us pleasant discount....so bought many items over a few weeks...this was not the case at other dream stores...why would i go to them....Sheldon branch is where im going again and again.
Booked an appointment, Akhtar was very knowledgeable on the beds and matteresses, a very pleasant young man, patient and a pleasure to meet.
Staff are so friendly. Get offered a hot drink and personal shopping assistant. Don't feel pressured into buying things like I feel in other stores.
Went to Dreams Sheldon about 7 years ago, on a low budget, was treated like we were spending loads by David. Could not fault the service we received. Went in today, not going to buy anything just looking at options. After listening to our needs and budget, between them Jason & Toni found us a good deal and we did end up buying. Again, there was absolutely no pressure and was a positive experience. As always offered a cuppa on top too. If you know what you want, they can lead you to it. Can't recommend them enough.
lovely service. Great manager and deputy. They even made me a coffee and helped me load my car. Didn't feel pressured but they were really helpful. Will definitely go again.
