I love this place good food and great for all i think
Great for young kids to explore insects and other little wildlife
Enjoyed a free & full afternoon of meandering discovery. Marshes with raised pathway & woodlands with lots of trees all within Brueton Park - lots to interest young minds (& older ones!) Information boards help, though a bit detailed for kiddies. Lots of geology information & rock samples all around - on ground where kids can touch & see formations & fossils. You can wander around a lake on pathways (most suitable for pushchairs & wheelchairs) through trees from all over the world - some really old - individual information notices on the different trees would make them more interesting. Nice little wildlife centre - Parkside run by Warwickshire Wildlife Trust - doubles as information centre, education centre & small indoor/outdoor cafe offering tasty snacks & meals, wheelchair access- staff friendly & helpful, clean toilet facilities. Parking at Park entrance off old Warwick Road.
A lovely place to explore, looking forward to joining in with some of the summer activities. The cafe is nice, friendly staff and a good range of food and drinks but seems quite expensive!
I went into the partridge centre today for a drink with my two sons. After making our selection I was told I would have to wait until the member of staff in question had finished stacking the shelf. On leaving the centre one of my sons came off his scooter badly grazing his arm, as I didn't have my first aid kit on me I returned to the centre asking for an antiseptic wipe from their first aid kit and was told to " get a piece of toilet paper and wet it otherwise they would have to fill in an accident report" .Firstly the advice given was at best unhygienic and secondly the staff clearly haven't understood the basics of customer service. It is no wonder that the centre was vertually empty despite it being a nice day in the school holidays.
