Went in to post something on Friday 27th April and specifically asked the lady I needed it there for Saturday 28th April. She said special delivery and will cost 6.50. After checking tracking it hasn't been delivered and upon further inspection I should have been offered special delivery guaranteed for Saturday! Now because of this I have lost out on 320 due to incompetence by the staff! Thanks alot.
