Missed item but the driver kindly returned to my address to deliver item after Bob a most helpful and wonderful postman called him. Thank you Bob. Thaks to all the postmen that helped me but Bob your the Best .
I would recommend the staff here take a basic maths course. They refused to accept my prepaid parcels with a weight of 0.50kg claiming I'd only paid for 50g. Even after speaking to multiple staff and trying to explain that I could use 20 zero's on the end, it would still be half a kilogram - they still believed it was 50g and refused to accept them. I had to go elsewhere, what a waste of time.
Great service here! The member of staff (Naz) that assisted me was amazing and really went out of his way to help me and I didn't have to ask!!! The post office is clean, well layed out! This will be my first post office of choice,
I wish the staff didn't give the hard sell every time, it's very annoying. If I want my parcel posted 2nd class standard I want it 2nd class standard! I don't want it special delivery or signed for or guaranteed next day, I don't want 1st class and I don't want insurance. STOP THE HARD SELL!!Bring on the self-service machines!
