I have been coming to this veterinary surgery for over a year now and every time I have visited the reception staff have been very miserable and do not have any social skills. One of the women who were at the reception desk did not look at me when I was talking to her and had to force herself to reply to me. This has happened on many occasions and I must add that I am very disappointed with their services.
