Can't compliment and recommend the Willows enough. I've been unfortunate enough on two separate occasions to require specialist care for two of my dogs.One of them recieved amazing emergency care and underwent surgery after her eye was clawed out by another dog. As stressed, worried and scared as we were it felt like she was at the best place possible recieving the best care. On another occasion we were referred after a cruciate ligament ruptured in one of our dogs. The insurance company refused to pay at first, they tried to link the rupture to a previous condition. Willows were really patient when waiting for payment, and the vet got directly involved and wrote a letter to the insurance, correcting them. With his help, they paid for the surgery. The facilities are amazing and the staff all seem dedicated and kind. They even run open evenings so you can have a look around. Details are on their website. Both of the dogs are happy and healthy now and I have Willows to thank for that. I sincerely hope I never have reason to visit again, but I also sleep better at night knowing if any of my pets needed a high level of care and expertise, the Willows isn't too far.

Thank you to all the Willows team for taking such great care of my cat, Jess, when I arrived outside your usual hours when he had a blocked bladder and was in a critical condition. From my initial phone call, to my arrival at your door in floods of tears, your whole team were amazing. Jess is a timid old man, very set in his ways and has never before been apart from his brothers and sister, so to have to go to hospital was a very traumatic ordeal for him (and me). From the moment he was admitted, he received outstanding medical care and lots of love and I was kept fully informed of his condition and progress. When he was discharged, his medication was explained in great detail, along with a suggested diet and other tips. When we came back for a check-up, he was not stressed at all just lay down on the table for yet more fuss which for a timid cat is quite remarkable. To him, Willows clearly means extra love & attention! Whilst we hope we never to have to return your cat friendly facilities and expertise is second to none and its very reassuring to know that you are always there, especially out of hours, when we needed you! Thank you so much.
