I wanted to buy some Christian Dior products, there was no one on any of the beauty counters apart from Clarins, two staff were chatting, one saw me but chose to ignore me! After 10-15 mins I gave up and walked out!! I will not be going in there again. John Lewis every time! Helpful and pleasant staff always!!!

Not the same as it used to be since take over, but still has some very good items and some where in sale.
It was excellent thanks to Karen in the restaurant who looked after as I went in straight from having laser treatment on my face. She brought the meal to my table as I felt a little wobbly after my hospital treatment. Thanks. Now back home as befits an 83 year old veteran of the Malayan emergency in 1954/5,and resting.
