It's a great store. So glad we've still got High Street M & S. It will be a sad day if any more of their stores disappear. Had a good pot of tea and huge toasted tea cake for 2.50 Really good value. Bought a pair of Boots and with the lovely young assistant called Niamh taking the trouble to look got 5.00 off them by using my M & S card. Really pleased with today's service all round.
Poor. Gone so downhill, just wanted to replace my usual bras as I've always found m & s ones the most comfortable, but they seem to have stopped selling them. Racks and racks of bras, no customers, no use. Last visit I'm afraid
Same as any m&s lovely! Product good quality. Changing rooms busy but fast turnaround. To me food court is the best I love their food stuffs. Plus there flavoured gin gorgeous x
Messy and not as it should be. Go back to catering for the older generation - kids are only interested in m & s for their knickers. We need middle of the road and certainly not tops that the sleeves drape in your food and are too way out for us 'golden oldies. Go back to what you are good at.
I enjoy browsing at M&S to see what each new season brings. At Christmas time the store looks attractive. Gifts are easy to find in all departments.I shop on-line here and go to the store to see items for real!
