PARKING HELL - AVOID OR SUFFERYou would think management - - seeking to have high turnover while capturing the many customers wanting to shop but are forced to drive away due to parking spaces unable to meet demand - - would have snapped up the closed down ToysRus retail building on the same retail park which has its own massive carpark where spaces could have just be designated for M&S Food customers. Another missed opportunity is the buildings structure/floor space offering expansion options to add a second floor ( like the 2 storey NEXT shop opposite).All our families have always done food shopping at M&S , but after being forced to drive round and round at most times of the year let alone around Xmas, our food orders have gone to others where parking is assured because spaces are pertinent to tge shop rather than for 9 combined retailers.
Yet again no forks for boxed lunch food. This happens repeatedly here. If they cant get a steady supply of forks they should stop selling lunch food that requires a fork. Every other supermarket manages it fine, except here, I can only presume it is a badly managed store, which is such a shame because the lunch food is lovely.Great food, poor store administration.
