I was looking for a GP appointment for my mother in law just before Christmas. Solihull Parkway hospital couldn't help me but where polite and helpful. The BUPA receptionist could help me and was unsympathetic, brusque and made me feel stupid. I rang about 11.30 if you want to check the tapes.Guess which provider I would return to next time?
