This clinic is the worst clinic I have ever seen in my life and the worst People i aver deal with no enough space to sit the staff is super super super rude westing time and money Dr Rush dont give you time to ask him about your situation i asked them to send for report about my situationand they didnt .i pay 198 to see the Dr and its really wasting of money to go for this clinic

I cant get through to make an appointment! The place is either closed, the phone is engaged or the last 3 working days the only phone number it has has been out of service! Theres no message on their website providing any information, which is the first thing I would have done out of courtesy to current & future patients. No response to emails. Just no regard for patients. I wont be making an appointment here, partly because I cant but also because they simply dont seem to care.
The reception staff were polite, efficient and understanding.The medical staff, nurses and doctors were brilliant. They were extremely knowledgeable and without exception fantastically good at every stage of the procedure and aftercare.All in all one of the best medical experiences I've be through, thank you.
Excellent service all round including the main surgery and follow-ups. I went to these guys after the utterly poor service I was subjected to at Vision Express Fort Branch in Birmingham (Read my Google review f the place). Within the first session Professor Sunil Shah talked me through my condition and what he suggested. I went through with surgery and have to say the service was nothing short of fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone who is having any form of eye trouble.
