Speaking from a purchasing perspective, Elaine Birkley was exceptionally professional and prompt at returning e-mails, calling me, and communicating between me and the vendor. My purchase went through with minimal issue. I have decided to let the property through Centrick and, thus far, Gary Sammons has been very efficient in dealing with me. I will obviously up date as I have experience in dealing with the letting team.
Elaine was helpful and informative guiding me through the sale of my home achieving the asking price. She was helpful and professional throughout and I would highly recommend Centrick Property for your house sale.
I'm only giving centrick a 1 star due to having non stop problems with them since we moved in last year.They are constantly invading your privacy with non stop checks( too regular compared to other agencies)and constantly ringing and emailing you. Even when I explained it's not always doable as I have a small baby. I find their staff to be rude and obnoxious when it comes to you wanting or needing something. We were left with no heating over the winter for a month! They had no idea how to fix it or had no idea who to send around. Waste of time! Only a small amount was deducted from the rent considering going against their contract! I'll be happy to see the back of them.Avoid.avoid.avoid

I wish there was a rating for 0 stars as my experience was awful with centrick property.While i was staying at the property there was mould in the property and the landlord had fixed it by installing air vents in the room.After moving from the property they done a move out inventory just for me to find out they were charging me huge prices for the smallest things outta my deposit which rounded up to 450 pound.. e.g-Loose cabnit drew - 15 poundBluetack marks on the wall- 15 poundTear in the wallapaper which had been damaged by the landlord during his installation of the wallpaper - 30 poundDefrosting a fridge- 52 poundA picture that had been returned to Gary (representative from CP) before moving in 20 pound (they called me a liar)Electricity rebate fpr a neighbour's debt - 50 pound (and called me a liar for explaining that it was not my electric metre in debt)Mould treatment for the shared bathroom as there is no ventalation nor window in the bathroom another 30 pound.Thats only half of the problems i had argued with them for a week or so just to get a small sum of my own money back because they are too cheap to fix the property up with there own money and have to scam honest people off to do so. I had been ognored by them and more than 5 different representatives have contacted me about different issues but none of them actually realise they are all doing the same thing.Im still annoyed at these people and wanted to let anyone else know before making a huge mistake.DO NOT go with centrick propertys.
