They found me a tenant to move into the flat on the following day it was vacated by my former tenant.they also arranged for central heating to be installed into the flat which was a very reasonable price. The now tenants were vetted and a professional inventory was carried out. Also the rent was paid into my bank account on the day the new tenants moved into the flat.
