Very bad experience with these guys, we made an offer on a house which was accepted, while in the process on arranging the mortgage and the hopes of the family tied up Cristina the sales agent put it back on the market at week 3. Still encouraging us to proceed with the mortgage, at week 6 we got the mortgage offer, then informed Cristina who then informed us the seller is not selling to you and wants to sell to someone else. The attitude displayed by Cristina was terrible, would advise stay away as theres a good change they will lead you up the garden path and cost you time and money
By far the best estate agency I have ever used. They are professional, courteous and diligent. I could not recommend them highly enough. Wish all estate agents were like them. 10/10 from me.
