I bought a new Focus 12 months ago after 15 years of driving Volvos. Whilst okay its not premium service but then Ford isn't a premium brand so you get what you pay. I am in two minds about another Ford or a return to Volvo, hence a 3 star rating. I won't name the salesmen seen as some promises made weren't kept, and with my 1st service due in March may review the rating post this.

This is my 2nd purchase from Bristol Street Motors Shirley. All staff were friendly, the new showroom is customer friendly too. I would like to thank Phil for looking after me and the advice offered when upgrading the car. He even picked me up to sign the paperwork and dropped me back at work. Nothing was too much trouble. I want to give them 4.5 stars but will give 5. About a month ago I bought my first car from here and the experience was exceptional. The sales person I was dealing with was fantastic (Wayne) and I could not fault the service he provided. The only down side I have experienced is that there service and maintenance department are not the best at returning your calls. However I completely understand that around Christmas they are very busy and will get in touch with them to sort out a time in the new year.But so far the service I received has been very good and I cannot recommend the place any higher.
Would definitely recommend Bristol Street Shirley. I can not fault the purchase experience I received. It was excellent. All my questions were answered together with questions I had not even thought about. The purchase and the deliver went perfectly. All the guys there are friendly and go further to make sure you are happy with everything. They are not pushy and do not put any pressure on you. Just want to say thanks for all hot chocolate.....and of course to John Gardiner and Matt Pugh for making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back there again.
