12/1/19When you make an appointment with four days notice for a given time, turn up on time, wait half an hour with no apology.Unacceptable customer service from the sales department.This was the VW bit rather than the Volvo.26/1/19After an apology I went back for a test drive, the customer service was excellent; As was the car that I drove.I would give them my custom in the future and would reccomend.I am putting the first appointment down to a genuine mistake.
Really interested in buying a volvo after 3 Audis in a row but these guys are just apathetic; no quality or service or follow up. Echo sentiments of other reviews to the cold ambience and indifferent showroom staff, poor show. Also appalled at the fact that their public profile only provides an 0845 number to be able to call them, these guys potentially make 1.50 from you every time you call them to try and buy a car off them. Awesome!
Very good - excellent customer service.
We've had am appointment for a test drive with Steve F. for 12 o'clock. We turned up at 11.50 and went inside - no one has even acknowledged our presence. About 12.05 we were approached and told to wait for Steve. At 12.20 someone has finally opened the car I wanted to buy so we can have a look inside. At 12.33, I went to speak to a guy who might have been Steve. I said we've had an appointment at 12. The guy suggested that he's busy. When I asked if we should come back later, he told me to be back in 1-1.5 hrs. Is it a joke? A complete waste of time. Terrible customer service. If you don't want my money, then don't book test drives. Avoid!
