Friendly staff helpful not pushy at all have used before and wouldn't hesitate to again

The new dealership looks fantastic with a good variety of used vehicles for sale. It's just a shame that sales staff are so hard to find.
I have always received excellent service from the team at Renault Solihull. I recently booked my MOT online. Unfortunately for some reason the booking was not transferred through to the dealership. Consequently they were not expecting me. However they still had the car ready for me by midday. I can highly recommend them.
Don't even get me started, booked my car in for a service and was told to be there for 09:00 in the morning, so arrived around 08:30 when I let the service department know I was there I was told my car wouldn't be looked at until lunchtime, had I not argued the fact that I was told to be there for 09:00 they would have let me wait around and the main issue was that I'd travelled from Coventry and had no way of getting back.I was then rather rudely told that my car would be looked at sooner, so being a smoker I had time to kill so popped out a few times and noticed my car didn't move for over an hour, then saw one of the staff move it one side of the car park to the other, eventually got out of there by 11:00.This was the dealership I bought the car from and can happily say I won't be going back there at all, on the other hand the sales staff are really good but the service staff really need to work on their attitude towards their customers.
