Highly recommended this garage another level.
I made an enquiry regarding MotorServ UK hourly labour rates for repairs. I was told that it was 45.00 plus VAT - 90.00 plus VAT depending on what work needs carrying out.... now to me that just does not sound ethical because an hourly labour rate is based on the actual time repairing a vehicle NOT the nature of the repair or the make of vehicle !!I have no doubt that MotorServ UK standard of work and customer service is to a very high standard but for me, as a potential customer with limited mechanical knowledge that didn't really give me confidence in knowing if it will be a value for money repair. For these reason I have given them a 2 star Google review !!!I have now sourced an alternative Solihull based independent garage who are backed by a company with a worldwide network of garages and they charge 45.00 plus VAT regardless of make, model, year or mechanical issue. My 31 point Interim oil service was also cheaper than MotorServ UK by near to 30.00. !!

Booked the bargain priced MOT, but had a nagging doubt that it would be a bad decision. I thought that the discounted MOT would probably be more than offset by unnecessary and/or over priced work that would be found. BUT...Arrived at the site in the morning to a really friendly welcome. Received a call later in the day to say that the car has passed without any issues. Received another friendly welcome when picking the car up.Overall really impressed with the service received and would definitely use again.
Although i have not used this company for their services Kamran did purchase a vehicle from my dealership. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very straight forward and honest. Everything he said was followed through with action. If i am ever in the area and need mechanical assistance i will be using them. I would also happily recommend them to any customer of mine from that area.
