Nice up to date gym with night club lighting. Gym is very clean and modern. Could do with more classes in the evening for working people as the classes run more in the day time. Equipment is good.
Currently a member here & the place is excellent value for money. If, like me, you just want to workout and go, then this is a great place to do so, especially as the vast majority of gyms nearby are at least double the price! I like the low lit club feel, nothing is more annoying that bright artificial light blinding you when working out!Staff are constantly cleaning & the fact that they have a member limit shows they value quality over quantity. A minor annoyance is the male changing area which is very compact & gets crowded quickly, as does the weights area during peak times. I also feel that a couple of treadmills and exercise bikes could be sacrificed to make way for a stair master machine which would add some much needed variety to the CV area.
