Lovely place
It's a fantastic place to train and get yourself fit. The fitness instructors are very knowledgeable and amazing at what they do but they make the classes very fun to be a part of. All the members and non-members who train there are very friendly and not intimidating like a lot of gyms are. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
Today was my first ever sports massage. To say that i feel a lot better is an understatmemt. Very friendly people with excellent methods. Will definitely be using again amd would recommend without a second thought.
Very much a community gym with a very friendly atmosphere. The coaches are experienced and knowledgeable and emphasise health and enjoyment. This stands in stark contrast to a lot of gyms where they'll have your knees ripped apart in no time with ill-thought out, one size fits all HIIT classes.It's the Cheers of gyms, perfect if sometimes you want to go where everybody know your name and they're always glad you came, and they're qualified and trained.If you prefer to anonymously lift weights or jump on the treadmill with your headphones in it probably isn't for you though.
