Great place for no frills workout, good classes, knowledgeable instructors.
The temperature is a bit cold, its not a huge one. But:- can train every muscle- equipment is good- place not too crowded- staff is kind- locker room is good- parking is free (huge bonus!)- price is cheapI recommend this gym, give it a try.(visiting after work, so maybe it is crowded sometimes by students during the day)
Staff are fairly friendly and helpful but a major downside is that the gym is also used by students. Most of them are reasonably well behaved but if unsupervised they can be noisy and inconsiderate.

Excellent gym, not usually crowded so access to all equipment. Sauna good and quiet .Friendly helpful Staff. Generally a very good gym.
