I am a member of the Birmingham David Lloyd, i visit this this gym at present because i am working in solihull, facilities very clean, staff are warm , friendly, helpful. the class are well organise and structured, cannot find any faults, very postie vibes, from staff and other users
Went with a mate from work and enjoyed a good workout . I was a guest as he is a member. Would go again anyone who wants to follow me for training tips. As I am a47 year old bodybuilder natural . Instergram IANSMITH973.
Music in all their lounges us very loud. I go there to gave peace and quiet and to relax and do some work between my gym sessions. Instead I have to listen to their rubbish music. It's far too loud aswell. Can't hear myself think let alone do some work. They gave a quiet area but the desks are too small compared to the chairs to work on the laptop. I'd rather have no music in the lounge. Keep it inside the gym portion please.
Management team are lacking at this club. Ian who is the club manager is great but it seems his staff less so. They lost my cancellation requests and have send my details onto debt collection agency which is something I am not best please with. I would avoid this club at all costs.
