My opinion definitely not the best gym in Birmingham and definitely not the best owner same machines as old Dino gym and gym in chemsley wood
A proper body builders gym. Train where champions have. Some great machines you will find no where else.
Best gym in solihull if not the uk
After training at numerous gyms over the last 10 years this is by far the BEST GYM IN THE WORLD... PERIOD!!! There's definatly something unique yet original. True bodybuilding essence. Extremely polite n friendly. Somthing in the air that keeps you getting gains. Thanks Dino.
Absolutely amazing gym and great first time experience in a proper old school gym. Equipment is total quality and dino and his staff are always there to help and give advice if needs be. Amazing atmosphere and everyone looks out for everyone in there. The best gym I've ever been to and would highly recommend it to anyone from anywhere in UK to pay a visit when through in Birmingham or Solihull!! Top guy Dino and great gym
