Absolutely shocked by management of Everyone active. I cancelled my membership couple of month ago, but I realised later they kept charging me through DD. Called them to ask for refund - they advised me it is my problem as it was my duty to cancel the DD and refused to give a refund. Yes, they advised me to cancel it myself just in case, but I took it something I need to do "just in case", but they say it like it is a normal practice for them to try charge people after cancelling memberships. I have never had such a problem before with any other companies. I believe it is the company's job to stop charging me, as I cancelled it with them!
Lovely place .....Mr Chris Goodwin was more thank helpful........If staff were as helpful as him in all shops/outlets shopping would be a lot easier.
Excellent gym and swimming pool. Hygiene standards have improved. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Friendly and helpful staff, but poor and antiquated changing room facilities and spa area. I was hopeful that the refurb would address these issues, but it hasnt been updated or modernised. Some nice new kit in the gym, but many useful pieces have gone and not replaced. Maybe David Lloyd gym will be cleaner and offer better value for money.
Really nice leisure centre, great for all ages. Staff helpful. Various sports too do. Would recommend to people and would definitely visit again.
