I only own a low mileage Peugeot 207 GTi, I work in the Petroleum industry & have been fortunate to drive a few Ferraris. But, Im also trying car journalism on the side to try and break into that industry. Ferrari is like my religion. Im just not sure on how I can review one of their cars etc. Do I have to pay a lot of money to do that? Im not sure. This showroom does look incredible though!
These guys....my go-to Ferrari dealership before attending the annual Goodwood Festival of Speed. Such friendly staff. Always have some rare gems. My 1st visit couple of years ago included seeing 1of499 Ferrari 458 Special. Definitely recommend checking out. The service center even has some crazy rare cars. The legendary F40 and F50 each work over 1m. On one occasion there was a LaFerrari (customer car), another occasion a Ferrari F1 car (customer car) and another occasion a Ferrari Enzo...we asked the sales guy if we could sit in it...a dream come true thanks to those guys. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. A bonus is that a Porsche dealership is opposite and 10 minutes drive is Rybrook McLaren.
This is my local and nearest Maserati dealership so come MOT time, I always bring my car here. I booked in plenty of time and was offered a courtesy car for the day. Upon arrival, I was politely greeted and made to feel welcome with the offer of a drink.The showroom is spotless and if you're an Italian car affincado like myself, then you'll feel like a child everytime you walk in!My car was ready on time for collection so I had no complaints. I believe however, that the servicing is done next door at the BMW garage and not on site.
Sales Department Staff came across as having a superior attitude however service department was first class and friendly on the occasions Ive used them, In particular Warren so Ill award 5 stars.
terrible customer service would absolutely avoid buying a car from this company they have no idea how to develop a new customer relationship. I would go elsewhere to spend you hard earned money. this firm will suffer when the super car market comes off the boil, which is already happening. They should wise up and teach their sales people what customer service really means
