Excellent service department, the guy on the desk and the technician were both fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I work in the motor trade and was genuinely impressed with the service. Give them a pay rise!! Good staff are difficult to find and easily lost!!

Excellent customer service. Car had to go in for an EMS update. They originally estimated an hour but it was done in 20 minutes. Free coffee and WiFi whilst you wait. All good.
Bought a Mazda approved car and was on the road in less than 30 mins with 7 day insurance. Salesman Paul was friendly, not pushy, got my older car traded in, showed me the key features of the newer car, explained the Mazda insurance and stayed open after hours just to help me move my things over to my newer car.Turns out car had a few hidden problems, initially were helpful rectifying the issues but end didn't pull through with rectifying the paint problem which wasn't pointed out at the point of sale.
Good helpful advice. Salesman not at all pushy. Never go to Solihull so would be a little nervous having a test drive in such a busy area.
