Excellent service. Ty is a good salesman. He listened to what we wanted and given us a very good price. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend going to Honda Dealer-Listers in Solihull. I had the new Civic an upgrade. Before that, the previous salesman we had was called Bobby who is also excellent and both are very good listening to their customers needs. The new Civic is very nice to drive and lovely looking. Very comfortable with all the things you need, like camera, sat nav etc.
It was the first time I had booked a vehicle in for work at a main dealer and I was sceptical. However I received a great service. The engineer who worked on the car also picked it up and dropped it off. He was brilliant, very professional and friendly. The dealership kept me informed of the work throughout the day (and sent me a video of the cars health check). The work was also carried out very efficiently in one day, and the car was returned to me at the time agreed. Overall very, very impressed.
