A complete waste of time. Rang up and asked to test drive B class, told to go down. Got there and told they had none. Not happy to waste my day off. Then got to my car in their car park and they had blocked my drivers door and guy said I shouldn't park there and refused to move. They won't care they've list a be customer

Not a big fan of changing our car as the experience is not always pleasant, however this time at Mercedes we were well looked after by friendly and professional staff. Ciara was especially helpful and kept us updated with information by emails regarding our new car. We would recommend the experience to all and will definitely be back when we are due to change our car again!

A relative was about to buy a Focus. Suggested she should consider an A class. Better car & lower payments! Kind attentive service from the team at MB Solihull.

I was very specific with the model, colour and the specs that I wanted in the car I was looking for, and it was quite rare to find. Although Mercedes of Solihull did not have that exact car at the time, Brad from their sales department kept looking for one for me and he kept me up to date during the process. He was super nice and super helpful. Although I ended up purchasing a car elsewhere due to availability, I was very happy with the service provided. Next time I'm looking to purchase a Mercedes, I'll check with Mercedes Benz of Solihull first.
