Nice, decent hotel. Has convinent parking. Nice ambience and friendly staff. Food is good. There is a big mall just opposite to the hotel. Will surely recommend.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Was beautiful to look at. Close to town centre. Close to some great restaurants and shopping facilities. Room was brilliant. Maybe need some minor modifications. Pool, sauna and steam room was great and well needed. Would highly recommend. X
Good central location in Solihull town centre. Plenty of parking spaces, friendly and helpful staff, good food and very comfortable rooms. What's not to like! Reasonable price for peak period too (I stayed Christmas night). Would recommend.
Very nice surroundings. Food was lovely. Lovely waiting on staff. My one comment is that the Receptionists need to be a little better with Customer service. I have never met such miserable people. I dealt with 2 of them on my visit and both of them did not smile, were unhelpful, took them all their time to speak. Come on girls show us you enjoy your job!!!
