It's a Premier Inn. You know what you're getting. Very limited menu. Staff were friendly but service was catastrophic at times. Forgot to bring dessert out to one of our party, drinks bill wrong, food an hour late, food missing and brought out halfway through the meal, pile of dirty crockery put in front of one of our party whilst staff went off to do something else. All in all, quite comedic and entertaining. We played 'distract the waitress so Brian doesn't get his dessert' which was very funny. It works best when Brian has ordered ice-cream as when he finally gets his dessert it's just a bowl of cream.
Stayed here a couple of times when visiting the NEC in Birmingham, Staff are pleasant and room up to the usual high Premier Inn standard
Used this hotel for 2 weeks due to a re-location to the area. Very well priced, good location and clean and tidy.Would recommend if you are on a budget and looking to stay in or around Solihull.
Really spacious clean room with all the commodities. Plug next to bed, which is very comfy. I didn't hear any noise coming from other rooms. Loads of restaurants and bars around to go for an evening meal. Ample to choose from at breakfast. I'll use again.
Standard Premier Inn room, clean and quiet. Handily placed for Solihull town centre. Only car parking is pay and display 8.50 for 24 hours, bear in mind that whatever time you buy the ticket it expires at 10.00 am the next day.
