Enjoyed a very confortable night here with a friend that was excellent value for money. I found the owners to be very friendly and obliging.Everywhere was nice and clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was good.Only a short walk to Solihull shopping centre where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and also situated close to the station making it a really good base for exploring the area if you do not have transport.We will definately return when in the area again and would highly recommend.
Very friendly and homely b&b. We stayed in a separate annexe (room and en-suite) which was clean and neat and was great as it was our own space. It even had a pod coffee machine and milk frother which was a very nice surprise. Good breakfast catered for the individual. Iwould highly recommend this the Station Approach if staying near Solihull town centre.
Amazing place and great staff. Beautiful rooms. Food is great. I ll highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay around solihull.
