Smiple the best great staff very helpful good food & drink at a good price
Found this to be a great location, with shops and places to eat. We stayed for three days. It was comfortable and clean rooms with tea and coffee free for our use. This was a nice touch. The front desk staff were really good and helpful. But one person stood out from the rest was Lucy, who really helped us with my booking issues and did everything to sort it out for us. We were very impressed with Redwings in all respects. A large car park where you get a pass to put in your window and this gives you 24 hour access. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped (super shower) and well furnished too, it really did have that extra something that seems to be lacking in the Travelodge type budget hotels. Wth the job we do delivering cars all over the UK, we stay in many similar hotels and I rarely take the time to review them but felt Redwings Lodge did warrant a ten out of ten review.
